the fair's in town

the san diego county fair, or the del mar fair as it will always be known to us, is in town right now, and we took isaac for the first time. he had a blast watching all the people in the exhibit hall and looking at all the animals. here are some of the pictures.

addie jean

we want to welcome the delightful adelyn jean to the party. she was born to my brother eric and his lovely wife kara on the 19th of june. she was a healthy 7lb. 10oz. and a lengthy 20 1/2" at birth. i am now an uncle, annie an aunt, and isaac a proud first cousin. you can find more info and pictures on their blog.

isaac and i headed up to hume lake for the week to visit my girlfriend, jenny and her 3 girls. it was a time of lots of fun and lots of firsts... ice cream shakes, eating sand, playing at the cove, golf cart rides, walking around the lake, playing in the water, swinging on the front porch and lots of attention from 3 cute girls. isaac had the time of his life. hope you enjoy the overflow of photos.

a crawling fool

isaac really has started to surprise us with how quick and strong he is. as stated before, he always goes for the things he is not supposed to have, in this case mom's computer. we are thrilled about and fatigued by his new found freedom.
