we have so much to be thankful for and we know it. we have four wonderful boys who have added wrinkles to our faces, grey hairs to our heads(stew blames some of his on me) and lots of joy to our lives. we also have great family and friends that love and support us. thanksgiving was a great time of reflecting and enjoying each other. it was a very relaxing time and for that i am grateful.
watching isaac perform 5 fat turkeys was near the top of the list of best moments around thanksgiving. the boy does NOT do hand motions but he sure does like to see his family in the audience. he kept telling the girl next to him, "really, that's my gaga!" we were dying.
everyone was excited gaga was there.
then a little class party...
with these amazing turkey hats! isaac was so excited about his hat he wanted to wear it in the turkey trot that we were planning on skipping this year. who am i to spoil a kids dream of sporting his turkey hat in the trot? and so we ran it.
noah was up at 4 am and needed to nap. poor guy missed his first turkey trot. thank goodness auntie bonnie was willing to stay behind.
my dad is almost 68 and he beat his best time!
our little turkey's first thanksgiving!
my mom spoils us with an amazing meal! she does all the work and lets us enjoy it. thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite times of the year!
