thursday night was back to school night at isaac's preschool. we decided to skip our date night and take our oldest to his preschool to proudly show us his class, teachers and projects. i am constantly impressed with all that these precious teachers do with this group of three year olds in such a short amount of time each week. i love that isaac gets to go here and experience all of this. thank you auntie bonnie for making this a reality for us.
as soon as we walked into the classroom isaac went to work on the ongoing class project using wood glue and blocks. stew is certain isaac used at least one full bottle of wood glue on his own.

last week we had "homework." the teachers asked us to write a little something explaining to our child why we picked their name. isaac helped me put this together and after seeing some of the other collages i am not sure the kids were supposed to help the parents... oops. it was fun to see the teachers read the meaning of isaac's name ("he laughs") and tell us how appropriate that name is for isaac.
