new years eve was low key around our house. my mom came to watch the boys while stew and i went out to dinner. we are so old we decided to miss out on fun with friends to retreat home for a quiet night of movie watching and sleeping. ha! maybe next year we'll be well rested and ready to greet midnight with eyes wide open.
new years day we decided to have a big breakfast and invite my parents over.
