tis the season...

papa alan and grandma chris joined us for the annual forum christmas tree lighting. asher stayed behind due to all his breathing issues. two kids also makes it a little less chaotic. kinda.

the boys made some christmas gifts. who doesn't love a lot of pain and an empty canvas?! i am thrilled that isaac insisted that the all gold one was for me. it's always special when your kid wants to give you their masterpiece.

and yet again, we hit up our favorite christmas tree farm... home depot. i won't share all the details of how my craziness had us back at the tree lot trying to decide if we got the right tree. seriously, i am NOT a good pregnant person!

ryder was the big tree decorator this year. but let's be honest all love to move the ornaments around ALL MONTH LONG!

sometimes i miss the tree that has all the matching ornaments and looks like it belongs in a magazine, but then i remember that's not us. and it's definitely not this season of life.
