ryder was invited to a friend's birthday party at the pumpkin patch with bouncy houses and slides. we were there 5 minutes before he flew down the slide and i heard a snap(sounded like a tree branch). i watched him walk over to me holding his arm and i knew. fortunately i had noah on my back and the other two were home with my aunt. after a quick call to stew and some help from a team of EMTs(stew would like all to know that these guys look like they had walked out of a calendar shoot. no joke- his words not mine.), stew and ryder were on their way to children's. ryder was a total champ!
both bones in the lower part of his right arm were broken. he got this nifty cast for the first week and later added some black to this beauty!
ice cream with friends is always a good call!
