living social offered a great deal on apple picking at the raven hill orchard. and you know we try not to pass up a great deal. the boys were thrilled to pick their own apples off of trees. a first for them! (thanks for organizing, karen!)

we forced the kids to get into a group shot. i always love that no one is looking at the same camera, only a couple are smiling and my child is stealing apples from keeva's basket. amazing!

everyone bought treats. apparently the apples were too healthy and we needed a little sugar high;)

the kids found owls in a store window and that was soon a main attraction.
we promised the kids ice cream and this cute little parlor delivered!
a couple of us picked up some fresh pie on our way out. delicious!

we went there last year for the first time! Those apples didn't last long when we got home. Those are some good apples! I love the "this is when you have girls" "this is when you have boys" pics. That is too funny
